June 25, 2013 Western Beef Development Centre Summer Field Day On June 25, 2013, the SCA staff, along with board member Ryan Sommerfeld, attended the Western Beef Development Centre Summer Field Day. A variety of topics were discussed and lots of valuable information was presented.
On March 21 – 24, 2013, SCA attended the Gardenscape consumer show in Saskatoon at Prairieland Park. We were able to reach consumers to promote Saskatchewan beef. Chef Darren Craddock grilled up some samples for an audience on June 23rd. The event was a success.
